Somatic Stress Reduction is a practice of coming back into your body’s wisdom after years—maybe decades—of bypassing it to survive. This is not traditional coaching, and it’s not therapy. It’s a nervous system recalibration for people who’ve spent too long in freeze, fawn, or functional overdrive.

We map how your body responds to pressure, power, disconnection, and desire. Then we work together to build regulation, safety, and trust—so you can stop living in reaction and start moving in alignment.
